We're a team of engineers, not a consulting firm. The people scoping the work are the people building it.
You care about reliability
Our systems run in production. When something breaks at 2 AM, we want the person on-call to have built it. That shapes how we work.
You prefer clarity to certainty
We'd rather say 'we're not sure, here's what we need to find out' than fake confidence. We expect the same from collaborators.
Open roles
No specific roles are open right now — but we're always interested in hearing from strong engineers who specialise in AI/LLM systems, cloud infrastructure, or backend automation.
